About 321 Down Street Press

Launched in 2004, Three Twenty-one Down Street Press was created to promote awareness and acceptance for individuals with Down syndrome. Founders, Kristin Pidgeon and Coleen Popp, inspired by their children with Down syndrome began this advocacy project in hopes of creating positive images to encourage inclusion and acceptance of their children and others. In May 2005, 321 DSP designed a unique car ribbon magnet for Down syndrome which quickly gained popularity and spread across 40 states. The ribbon design was also transformed into a lapel pin and placed on a T-shirt. These awareness products and others, including note cards and baby clothes can be packaged to sell as fundraisers for parent associations or at Buddy Walks and other advocacy events. These awareness products make great gifts for new families, parent welcome kits, board members and yourselves. The images fit all audiences and encourage conversation about their meaning in a fun and thoughtful manner. After all, what's an extra chromosome between friends?
